Surveys are usually associated with the buying and selling of a property, or when a property owner has conflicting opinions from other damp and timber specialists. In addition to the free quotation services HLS Northwest Ltd provide (see the services tab), our experts who hold the Designation Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatment (CSRT) qualification, which is a nationally recognized professional qualification within the industry, can provide a written survey to meet your needs.
Covering diagnosis and specification of works for dampness, as well as decay and insect attack of timber, the expert is also knowledgeable of relevant health, safety, and legal legislation.
